Leasing

Marketing and listing setup are managed to ensure strong visibility and reach. All leads are processed through a structured intake and screening system, followed by in-person or virtual tours as needed. Lease negotiation and execution are conducted professionally to secure qualified tenants and favorable terms. The leasing fee is one month’s rent or 4% of the base lease term.

Construction

Designed for out-of-state or owners who require full-service oversight, this service includes contractor supervision, verification of work quality and timelines, coordination of property access, and detailed documentation of project progress. An oversight fee of 5% of the total project cost applies.
